Treumf Riza's friend who went to the U.S. right after the murder: Enver Sekiraqa gave the order to murder, I don't know who the gloveman is.

In judging Enver Sekirras, who is being accused of inciting the murder of Triumf Riza, the witness Arben Selmani has been heard yesterday, provided through international judicial co-operation with US authorities.

The same testimony he gave through video-link that was under the presence of his lawyer, James Tanbean, and US Prosecutor's Representative Remy Grosbard, reports “Justice bet”.

I don't know who the hand jobs are, but I know who gave the order or who had the orchestra, or what Enver I know, but that's what I was told by intelligence”, said witness Selmani.

Selmani initially responding to special prosecutor Burim Cerkini's questions, has clarified that he was a police officer in the Kosovo Police and a special unit instructor, working in Kosovo's nearby defence.

He said that the late Trium Riza had been together since elementary school, high school, sports, and then working as a policeman.

We've had a very good and very good husband, and we've had good time together as friends but also as colleagues”, Selman said.

He said that regarding this case, he had given another testimony on May 19, 2008, at the same location he is now in, asking prosecutor Cerkini if he owns his testimony.

It's very important that I ask the prosecutor if he has my testimony before I hear that evidence disappears”, Selman said.

Witness Selmani has further explained that the late Riza had been one of the best police officers in Kosovo, there had been many groups who tried to dominate crime at the time and pressured it, such as the Sekiraq group.

He said that together the deadliest Riza have had cases of escorting, near the residence, car or locals that have been frequented.

And then there's after the flat tire of Treumph's car, not once but more, then in another case there's a tire drill, then the Triumfi started a romance with Adelenne at the time and after a very short time the car was burned that was a message...”, Selman said.

According to him, the peak of all of this was when the chief of operations of the Staff operative had invited him to a meeting and the late Triumf to announce that Enver Sekiraqa was occupied by intelligence and during his telephone wiretapping was caught saying that “Arben and Triumfin would kill him and leave the state for a specific time”.

The same has mentioned the case in “Swiss Cazino” where he said he was wounded.

He said Enver Sekirras's group had been inside and outside the bar, which he said were attacked without any claim.

But in the days that Triumfi has been probeling with Enover Sekiraq is not exactly the same as they said to be best friends with them because even that neighborhood's sleep is the day that it's the problem between them, that Enver has a problem with them, rather than analslebras”, Selman said.

After that, Kosovo defendant Kelmendi's defender has said it is obvious that the witness is reading during his testimony.

Witness Selmani has claimed that he is reading the earlier statement and what he said earlier.

In this regard, lawyer Kelmendi has proposed that the chip until the moment the witness has read to isolate himself from the subject documents, asking for the same questions from the start.

That statement has never been part of the paperwork of this subject or any other subject, and of which both the court and the prosecution and the defence are unaware under what circumstances the same statement has given, and also the legal provisions of the Court of Criminal Procedure, the witness must declare, of which there is knowledge of what she has not heard or heard, said lawyer Kelmendi.

She said the same is allowed to be served with diagrams, with evidence, with necessary documentation, but saved to read a statement, much more a declaration that they have no part of the subject paperwork.

In this regard, special prosecutor Cerkini has rejected this proposal with the argument that criminal procedure rules are very clear and there is no legal reason for the testimony given so far to be isolated from the chip, while rejected by the court.

Later, witness Selmani continued his testimony without referring to documentation.

He has again clarified the case in “Swiss Cazino” where he said that at the entrance of the bar the first person he identified had been Enver Sekiraqa after the same had attacked the late Risa with wings.

“We've been entering the bar, Enver has been coming out, why I have the ID was that he's been attacked by Treumfi's wings, and at the same time the attack has started from several sides”, said witness Selmani.

He said that there had been a physical attack without gossip, an unannounced, subtle attack.

On the other hand, witness Selmani has clarified that he had been for rest in Croatia when he realized the death of the late Riza with what he had returned and had stayed three days, and the fourth day he said he was headed for America.

He said one of the reasons for his U.S. exile has been the fear that it could happen the same and because of the threats he's been taking lately.

Asked whether he had knowledge that the deceased now had any problems with the handheld, he said he had doubts about whether he recognized him as a face, based on what he did not hear or saw earlier.

Otherwise, in this closed public case there were May 2nd hearings, May 15, as well as the July 6, 2023 session. And the July 11, 2023 session was open to the public after three closed sessions.

Even at the October 27, 2022, the testimony of Adelina, Emma, and Genfine Ismaili was closed to the public.

The Constitutional Court in Pristina, for the second time on September 16th, 2019, had convicted Enver Seker Sequirah of inciting the murder of former police officer Triumf Riza and had pronounced him a 30-year term sentence.

However, the Court of Appeals on March 6, 2020, had decided to approve Sequirah's defense complaint by turning the case for the second time into retrial, as according to Apelit, the first degree of judgment was taken in violation of criminal procedure provisions.

The session for the same case was condemned on May 17, 2016, for two counts of criminal action for “in inciting serious murder” and for the “dyrim” with a unique sentence of 37 years in prison, and had been released for criminal work “rape”.

The Court of Appeals, on October 24th 2017, had held a hearing concerning the appointment of security measures to Enver Seker Sequirah, after the same court on October 19th, in the evening hours, had freed him from custody and pronounced him the measure of house arrest.

For changing the security measure against him, three Appeal judges -- two of EULEX's ranks -- Elka Ermenkova and Anna Adamska-Gallant, as well as local judge Marem Memaj.

But this court, after just two days, had decided to return her to custody again, Enver Sekiraq, and for that, a photograph had been published on the social network, by friends who had visited her after her release from custody.

With this, the second-instance court had estimated that Enver Sekiraqa violated the measure of house arrest he had been assigned.

In contrast, at the hearing of the Court of Appeals, which was held on September 6, 2017, where complaints of the parties were considered, Enver Sekiraqa, had sought to be released from custody and protected in freedom.

And as a guarantee of his release, Sekiraqa had offered his wealth, including his home, establishment, and a sum of money, which he had said would be collected with the help of his family.

The international prosecutor of the Appeals Prosecutor, Anca Stan, at the September 6th session of the Appeals College, had stated that besides the complaint claims, there was nothing to add, but the same had said that the demand of the defence party to exclude some of the crude evidence is wrong.

In April 2014, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo had filed charges against Enver Seker Sequirah for three criminal acts, for inciting the murder of Triumf Riza, <x0detyrim” and “rape”, where the first-degree court had declared him innocent.

The prosecution claims the incident took place at “Swiss Casino” between Sekiraqa and Riza was one of the motives that led to the killing of Triumf Riza.

The incident at “Sweiss Casino” took place in December 2006, while Enver Sekiraqa and several of his associates were involved on one side, and the late Triumf Riza of Arben Selmani on the other. Arben Selmani was left in this seriously injured incident.

Triumf Riza was killed on 30 August 2007, for which Arben Berisha was sentenced to 35 years in prison, while Enver Sekiraqa was sentenced to 37 years in prison.
