Rakiq replied:

You know, after you read that oath you spilled a full bucket, I don't mean, what here in the Assembly. You certainly have diarrhea, mental diarrhea, Mr. Cuta. I've never been a deputy of the Kosovo Assembly. I took the oath before the Serbian people, before the deputies of the Serbian List and you know that Kurt never elected me as minister. That minister is not Rakiq, but Rassic and this is your man”
