Svechla: Radoiciq is training other terrorists, may be ordered by Vuciqi to attack

Interior Minister Jalal Svecla issued criticism of Western allies, for whom he said their reluctance towards Serbia in some cases of aggression in northern Kosovo gave Belgrade support to carry out the attack on Banjska. Serbia is used to playing the victim's role even in the Banjska case. To me [...]

Serbia is used to playing the victim's role even in the Banjska case. For me as someone who grew up in Kosovo, but who has been in its political reality, Serbia's behaviour is not surprising. Surprise is the conduct of different circles in the European Union. Today I heard a statement by the EP deputy chairman expressing her opposition to the unbalananized, unfair approach of the EU, where Serbia's extremist structures attacked KFOR. And instead of having Serbia condemned, sanctions were imposed on Kosovo. And that's why Banjska's attack happened, after several previous events were tolerated, such as the kidnapping of Kosovo police officers or attacks on KFOR in the north. It was a serious 3-member attack by KFOR, known who gave the order”, Svechla told A2 CNN.

Interior Minister added that partners already have all the data for this serious event, and added that Kosovo should not fall into the trap of the only Radojciq sentence, as it was ordered directly by President Vuciq.

Svechla added that Milan Radoic is in charge of training terrorist groups and could undertake any other attacks if he gets an order.

And we have shared the information with partners and there is a reluctance to take a stand against Serbia. We shouldn't be trapped in Redovic's sentence alone. He has been chairman of a political subject directly linked to Serbia. Then he is armed and trained in Serbia's barracks. It's funded by the state of Serbia and it's taken orders from Vuciq. He is the leader of the training group and may receive another order from Vuciq to attack”, Svechla concluded.

Given the strong stance the US envoy for the Western Balkans has held, Gabriel Escobar, who clearly said his co-operation with Albin Kurti's government is difficult, Interior Minister Xhelal Svechla stressed that the relationship with the US-EU is very good because the parties share similar values.

However, in the interview at the blog Kosova” with journalist Rosalada Beydo, he did not spare criticism as far as the US stands has held against Serbia, in which it is very mild. That stance, for the Interior Minister, does nothing but encourage him to have a more vicious attitude in relation to Kosovo.

“We have good communication and reports with the US-EU, we want to become part of Europe, and NATO, we have no difference in the system of values, the difference where we actually have them we think that their approach in relation to Serbia is wrong, tolerating the criminal behaviour of Serbia's regime and their satellites in Bosnia and Kosovo, and the destructive influence in the region encourages them to be even more vicious, Svela said.

He compared the approach of internationals in Slobodan Milosevic's time, similar to that of Aleksandar Vuciq today. Svechla said Milosevic was tolerated more than needed and what happened was a massacre, and therefore stresses that they should react in time to Vuciq.

“Stabilizing both the site and the unfair can buy time for changing Serbia's approach. We are convinced that with the regime like Vucinq Serbia does not change, this not only says reality, it teaches us and history does. Milosevic has been tolerated more than needed, hundreds of thousands of citizens had to be killed, so that the West could see that it must take a firm stand not only in opposition, but also in Serbia's punishment, the more tolerated it would be, the more it would try to exploit benefits from all sides of<1>, Svechla concluded.
