Vjosa Osmani, Albin Kurti and Donika Grovalla, have on several occasions defended Ambassador Berishaaj, who is suspected of a financial pact in Slovenia. President Osmani had stated immediately after the public charges against Berisha that she trusts Kosovo ambassador.
