Spain: Five persons arrested from Germany, Kosovo suspected of sexual assault on a woman

Five people originally from Germany and Kosovo have been arrested by Spain's Police, after they are allegedly involved in a sexual assault on a 26-year-old woman. The group that fell into handcuffs allegedly planned to send the victim to the hotel where they stayed and then abuse him sexually.
The girl was out of the worried room crying, which was immediately noticed by a hotel worker who denounced the case.
As the Spanish newspaper writes, the investigation remains open, and the detainees have been made available to the 1st Astimor Court in Marbella.
The investigators, who have already talked to witnesses and sought images from hotel cameras, are focusing on determining the degree of participation in events any of the suspects might have had.
These persons have been released in agreement with prosecution and defence, and all are investigated over allegations of sexual assault, and two are obliged to appear periodically before the Spanish consulate of the German city where they live.
