A response on these Serbian Army movements has been made by the director of the Octopus Institute, Agim Musliu.
Musliu says these military movements should be viewed as preparation for act of aggression.
Kosovo should view this movement of Serbia's military forces as preparing for act of aggression. After the failure of aggression through “litle rose man”, on September 24th 2023 in Banjska, Serbia can now provoke even with official force”, Musliu says.
