The Vrajolli Act was announced by Judge Valbona Musliu-Selimaj on Tuesday.
In prison sentences, the accused will also be counted as the time spent in custody.
Judge Musliu-Selimaj said the accused with the separate verdict will continue the detention measure until the full extent of the decision.
Otherwise, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), on September 15th, 2023, has filed charges against Bland Vrajolli, dubbed “Abu Ubedi“, who is charged with the trip from Saudi Arabia through Skopje Airport to Kosovo on 21 February 2023, and with the case of halting and checking at the Hanah border point of Elez, to stop-lists and bring the message and map accepted through his account “Prox4> on the social network “Telex> which is accepted by the person named “Daglas<8> Muhharrier has made preparations for terrorist attacks in Kosovo.
According to the charge, Vrajolli had reportedly made preparations for terrorist attacks in Kosovo, with dangerous and deadly matter for people's lives combined with nitrate and calcium, in Pristina's square to members of the LGBTI community and at the Merdar border point, where on the same day he is arrested by Kosovo police.
With these actions, Vrajolli was charged with committing criminal work “preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo”, from Article 138, paragraph 1 concerning the carrying out of the terrorist work by Article 129, paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK). / Justice Vow.
