Sentenced to 3 years and 6 months in prison accused of preparing terrorist attack on LGBTI community

Vrajolli was charged by the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo for criminal work “Preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo”

The Vrajolli Act was announced by Judge Valbona Musliu-Selimaj on Tuesday.

In prison sentences, the accused will also be counted as the time spent in custody.

With these actions, Vrajolli was charged with committing criminal work “preparing terrorist acts or criminal acts against the constitutional order and security of the Republic of Kosovo”, from Article 138, paragraph 1 concerning the carrying out of the terrorist work by Article 129, paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo Penal Code (KPRK). / Justice Vow.
