The announcement of the indictment was made Thursday by the court of the case, Valbona Musliu-Selimaj.
Judge Musliu-Selimaj said that on the case of the type and height of the sentence, extenuating and demanding circumstances have been taken into account.
The judge also announced that the accused will be suspended from house arrest until the integrity of the act.
Furthermore, Judge Musliu-Selimaj said the defendant has the right to pay the 3 thousand-euro fine in installments or replace it with prisons, one day in prison for 20 euros.
The judge said that in the prison sentence, accused Beqiri would also be counted time spent under the measure of detention and house arrest.
Similarly, the destruction of weapons and personal items that have served as a criminal offense was ordered.
Statement of the indictment was carried out in the absence of accused Beqiri.
Otherwise, in this case Besart Veseyaj, Ernes Beqiri, Argiend Hoti and Altin Salihu are also charged with being acquitted at the initial session held on March 4, 2024, so the trial will continue.
