Sarrazine: Await proposals for dinar, parties to return to implementation of Ohrid Agreement

Germany's envoy for Western Balkans issues, Manuel Sarrazin, has indicated that they expect Kosovo and Serbia concrete proposals and act on the ground regarding the dinar issue.

For Kosovo's public broadcaster, Sarrazin, however, stressed that both sides should return to implementing the Ohrid Agreement.

I am pleased that Lajcak is making a lot of effort in understanding the solution to the problems there, and we are also waiting on both sides to submit their proposals, act on the ground so that people in northern Kosovo have simple ways to live their daily life and not cause obstacles to daily life”.

This is what we want to solve. We stress that we expect both sides to work on implementing the Ohrid Agreement to grant credibility to this path that leads to solutions within the” dialogue.
