Germany's ambassador to Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, has said the start of NATO air strikes against military and police limits is no reason for the holiday.
He has said that what was necessary to prevent the bloodshed and further atrocities of the Milosevic regime has been done.
On the platform “X”, Rohde wrote that they stick to that decision.
“We did what was necessary to prevent further bloodshed and atrocities from happening by the Milosevic regime in Kosovo after diplomacy failed. It was our moral responsibility, and we stick to that” decision, wrote Rohde.
Today it has been 25 years since the start of NATO air strikes against Serbia and Montenegro's military and police targets.
