Putin reportedly is winning by nearly 90% of the vote in presidential elections ught to rule by 2030

Exit Poles indicated Vladimir Putin won a major majority in Russia's presidential election.

A poll by the Russian Public Opinion Research Centre suggests 87.97% of people voted for the current president, with 24.4% of the areas counted.

Another poll by FOM pollster indicated Putin won 87.8%. The first official results showed that polls were accurate, The Guardian reported.

Putin opposed three candidates from parties that have not criticised his rule or his invasion in Ukraine.
