A person arrested for betraying citizens worth about 2m euros

A suspect in citizens' fraud and illegal profit of around twom euros has been arrested in Mitrovica today.

The detainee, with the initials J.M., allegedly benefited, illegally through citizens' fraud, about two million euros during 2021-23.

“Foundation Procurory in Mitrovica, announces the opinion that the suspected person with the J.M. initials has been arrested. in doubt that at different periods from 2021 to July 2023, it has deceptively deceived different citizens, with the aim of profiting wealth for itself, and allegedly that the value of profit is about 2m euros”, the prosecution in Mitrovica said in a news release.

Criminal investigations against him have been launched for criminal work “fraud”.

The suspect, with the prosecutor's decision, is in a 48-hour ban, the State Prosecutor said today.
