Similarly, a residential building was hit by a Russian attack on Cupiansk, in the eastern region of Harkiv, Ukraine's State Emergency Service said.
On Tuesday night, the Russian Army rocketed two residential buildings in Krivi Rich in central Ukraine, killing three people and wounding 38 others.
Ten children were among the wounded.
Rescue teams searched under the rubble to survive at night.
Krivi Rich, the birthplace of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, has been repeatedly attacked by Russia's Armed Forces.
The Ukrainian Army said Tuesday that its air defence brought down 17 of the 22 drones issued by the Russian Army.
Russia has added air and ground attacks to Ukraine this year, as Kiev is facing lack of weapons and ammunition.
Ukraine has asked the United States for more support and NATO members.
A 60 billion-dollar financial aid package, which would pave the way for weapons supply to Ukraine, has been blocked by Republicans in the House of Representatives for five months now.
The US president's administration, Joe Biden, has said it will send military assistance to Ukraine worth $300m, the first aid package in several months.
