Pacolli: Association will be done, government knows, it's good Kurti informs Parliament

New Kosovo Alliance Chairman Behgjet Pacolli has asked Prime Minister Albin Kurti to be cautious in relation to internationals. Citing the case of property at the Decani Monastery, Pacolli said the government should complete its obligations without making shows.

The former deputy prime minister of Kosovo returned convinced that implementing the obligations dignifies Kosovo from dialogue.

The AKR leader considers delays in implementing Association are a waste of time for Kosovo. He said these delays are causing pressure and damage to the country.

I would recommend the Government of Kosovo to be cautious. If he intends to implement something, as has happened to Decanin, to do it, without controversy, without entering this... in unpleasant situations, which put Kosovo into a situation that is now in relation to internationals. I believe the Government needs to know for itself what it has to do and if there is any obligation that it intends to do, to do it right away, not after a show I think is unnecessary. And any refusal to implement Association, I'm always saying at the limits of Kosovo's constitution, is a waste of time both for us and for Kosovo, that you are seeing when Kosovo doesn't implement something, then time extends and pressure is always continuous on Kosovo. And all of this pressure done on a small state, in a state as well known as Kosovo is not well”, Pacolli told Online Economy.

Pacolli also had criticism of the government's “view of the accession of Association. He said implementing the Association of Serb majority municipalities does not prevent anyone.

I believe the Government has decided on this and the Government will do it again with no need to ask how to name the Association. It will be that the Government knows this and it is good for Mr. Kurti to come and inform Parliament of his actions and do it. I don't think anyone is equal to Mr. President. Kurt in the implementation of the agreements, responsible for the obligations there. However, Kurti is also criticized for boycotting Parliament if he has no warning, no discussion, without discussing it with the opposition, he does actions. The former deputy prime minister believes that with the implementation of the Association, the format of dialogue with Serbia could be completed. Expressing conviction that implementing these obligations, Kosovo dignifies by dialogue.
