One of the greatest dangers of war is the spread or expansion of conflict. While accusing Serbia of extending Russia's hand, Osmani has said Russia historically has tried to find ground to expand the war.
“Beyond the fact that we are neighbours with Serbia, which unfortunately not only recently but for a long time, has become Russia's protracted hand in trying to destabilise the region. We cannot find any Russian influence within Kosovo, and this has also helped us in our fight against Russian propaganda, which is enormous in our region. Historically Russia has tried to find a field where it could expand conflict. They have always seen the Western Balkans as one of these fertile lands for conflict. We've had a crisis in the region because Russian interest was to turn our region 90 when there were wars and conflicts”, she said.
Under the forum with the theme “The advantage of diplomacy in times of unrest”, Osmani has said that Kosovo has many wounds opened by the war.
