“Sic knows within our common work even the process of leaving the four municipalities from the north of Kosovo is implementing the legally defined procedures and administrative guidelines so that citizens of northern municipalities can realise their right to the law for local self-government. We expect this process to be realised within constitutional and legal parameters, and according to the pre-term”, Osmani said.
