O'Brien and Escobar today talk about the Balkans and NATO humanitarian intervention in Kosovo

Ambassador O'Brien and Deputy Assistant Secretary Escobar will provide a reading of the recent meeting of Western Balkan envoys from the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy and the United States in Washington.

As reported in an American Embassy report, they will also discuss the 25th anniversary of the start of Operation Allied Forces, NATO's response to the humanitarian crisis in Kosovo, and the road forward to a more stable, prosperous and secure Western Balkans. /Express/
