LDK chief Lumir Abdixhiku has said a company has received a secret tender 13 times.
He has said that the Ministry of Internal Affairs has signed tender without procedures worth 15m euros.
Abdixhiku has added that the Special Prosecutor must do his job and said they are willing to be witnesses.
“In MPB 15m euros for IT services, and now here it becomes strange and obvious, when the procedure was open when it was running companies, the final price was 9.5m euros have come to power, closed tenders, sat down, negotiated and the direct agreement, without procedure, 15m euros. The Special Prosecutor has to do his job, this list has it, we're willing to be witnesses and handouts in each tender separately, as we have received. The Special Prosecutor's inaction is the adoption of this practice”, Abdixhiku said.
