NATO drills: Kosovo witnessed as contributing to peace and security in region

Minister Gervala expressed her thanks to NATO and its civilian and military structures for continuing support for our country, stopping with particular emphasis on our excellent co-operation with KFOR and with NALT in Kosovo.
Taking into account the role the two respective directors and divisions have in NATO, as pillars of particular interest, Gervala also stressed the necessity of the progress of integration processes for Kosovo to NATO until full membership in this organisation.
Minister Gervalla far has stressed that the Republic of Kosovo is willing and determined to start dialogue and the process of concreteing our relations, noting that Kosovo as the key factor and proved a contributing factor to peace and security in the region and beyond has embraced Euro-Atlantic values, which it shares with its international allies, friends and partners.
Special attention during this meeting has also caught political and security aspects in Kosovo and the region, underlining Serbia's continued construction and attacks, as well as continued interventions of foreign influences for destabilising Kosovo and the region, in particular the Russian one in the Western Balkans.
