The Constitutional Court in Pristina, the Special Department, has ruled concerning the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention move against indictees Mr. Because of suspicion that he committed crimes crimes against the civilian population.
The preliminary procedure judge has approved as based the Special Prosecutor's request of the Republic of Kosovo for the appointment of the detention measure against indictees Mr. N and the same have been assigned detention measures during 1 (a) month.
The detention is set up in line with Article 184 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.1 of 1.2.1 and 1.2.2 of the KKPPRC, due to alleged alleged war crimes against the civilian population.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
Police had announced yesterday that suspect Mr. N, (1954) was arrested about 1600 in North Mitrovica.
The supreme one is suspected of criminal acts “war crimes against the civilian population ʹ sexual violence committed during 1999 in the Vushtrri municipality.
