Mihajlovic pleads innocent of involvement in Ivanovic murder case

Kosovo's Special Prosecutor, in December 2023, pressed charges against Mihajlovic for four criminal acts, namely for “participation or organisation of the organised criminal group”, “obstructing the test or official procedure”, “characterisation” and “falsification of documents”.
Burim Qerdin, prosecutor in Mihajlovic's case, during reading the indictment, said he threatened the official person, investigators at the Kosovo Police Inspectorate (IPK) and requested an anonymous witness B1 in Ivanovic's case of murder not to testify.
Ivanovic had been killed on January 16th in 2018 in front of the party building in northern Mitrovica ? The Serb-run municipality in northern Kosovo. However, although five years have passed and despite the fact that investigations into the murder of Serbian politician are continuing in Kosovo and Serbia, the issue has not yet been dawned by authorities.
