3. The opening by Mimoza Kusari-Lila and Lucas Mandl, co-chairman of the Parliamentary Commission for Stabilisation and Association EU-Kosovo and exchange of views on the state of EU-Kosovo relations with:

• Glauk Konjufca, Speaker of the Parliament,
• Faithful Bislimi, First Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialogue, on behalf of the Government of Kosovo
• Nenad Rassic, Minister for Community and Return to the Government of the Republic of Kosovo,
