Szunyog has said that this is a good day for rule of law in Kosovo.
After a long wait, the implementation of the 2016 Constitutional Court's decision on the land of the Decani Monastery finally came true. The EU is based on rule of law. Maintaining rule of law and respecting judicial independence are necessary preconditions for Kosovo's path towards the EU. Today's decision is a welcome step, showing the dedication of Kosovo”, Szunyog wrote.
