The Commercial Court has approved Clan Kosovo's indictment of the Ministry of Commerce and has cancelled MINT's decision to suspend this television's certificate.

The Commercial Court has published the ruling today, based on which Klan Kosova will continue to operate.
According to the trial of 13,03.24, issued by Judge Arnis Duman, the decision to postpone the execution of the decision taken by the Agency for Business Recording in Kosovo will remain in force until the integrity of the act.

Klan Kosova immediately complained to the Commission for the Review of Business Recording, which on July 28th decided to reject the complaint and finalise the suspension of its business certificate, stressing that the ARBK had “acting in accordance with the law when it suspended Kosovo's business certificate”.
MINT charged television that the “violated the Kosovo Constitution” by presenting two Kosovo towns, Peja and Gjakova as part of Serbia” in company registration documents.
Klan Kosova had denied the accusations and called the concessions in the census documents a technical error.
