The foundation court in Pristina today has appointed the detention measure against Lum Halimaj, 25, suspected of <x0 heavy homicide”.
“The Founding Court in Pristina, the Department of Criminal Crimes, has ruled on the request of the Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor for the appointment of the detention measure against the L.H. indictees because of the suspicion that, in co-ordination with K.G. and B.K. defendants, who are on the run have carried out the hard murder work by Article 173 paragraphs 1 concerning the 31st Kosovo Republic Penal Code”, the court has announced.
Against this act, disgruntled parties have the right to complaint at the Court of Appeals, through the Constitutional Court in Pristina.
