The release reportedly is an ugly act for the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council and entirely for the prosecutorial system.
“It is an unacceptable and intangible act, so the KKP suggested it stands firmly in support of prosecutor Valbona Disha-Hajoja and offers full support for her work during the exercise of the post in the prosecution of criminal deeds”.
“The KKP, reports that concrete measures are under way to identify and arrest the person who has put this unscrupulous announcement and the same will appear before the justice bodies and that state prosecutor's institutions are seriously addressing this criminal action and at the proper level of investigation and prosecution to its full enlightenment, aimed at preventing the exercise of its constitutional function and duties and legal”, the report says.
