Commenting on the visit of OBE Ambassador Jan Braathu and US Ambassador to Serbia Christopher Hill, Kamberi has written on Facebook on Sunday that this is the promise given and the obligation taken by institutions to Albanians “faced the international factor”.
“The OSCE Ambassador, Jan Braathu and US Ambassador Chrytitopher Hill, after their visit to the Presevo Valley, the Friday we leave behind, have met with the outgoing prime minister and the incoming prime minister, Ana Brnabiq. The topic of this meeting was the start of the implementation of Plan 7 points. Although approved in 2013, harmonised with international conventions and local legislation synchronized with the international factor, its implementation has not yet begun. # I'm happy to make a commitment # The SEU and the United States of America to postpone the start of the 7-point Plan. Recognition of diplomas should be the first step”, he wrote.
The 7-point plan is a document signed by representatives of the Presevo Valley in 2013 aimed at launching negotiations with Serbia to resolve the problems of Albanians. It includes the complete integration of Albanians, full security, education, culture, and others.
