Jasharaj: We're preparing for strike

The SBASK chairman, Nundman Jashari, has stated that if the current government in the country fails to address the demands and concerns posed by this union, union action will be taken.

Jashari announced that this decision came from meetings with union representatives at municipal and university levels.

To keep the informed membership, we hold regular meetings with mayors and universities who are our representatives from nurserys to university, and we debate issues that are requirements for membership concerns. At the last meeting we held online, considered the meeting a little more extraordinary, the mayors reported growing dissatisfaction with membership”.

He listed several reasons for the frustrations which could send from protest to strike

Jashar said the same path, according to him, is being followed by education minister Arberie Nagavci

And in the absence of dialogue, union-governments, Jashar indicated that on May 1st there will be limited protests.

Jasharaj has added that he fears that the government will be treated as always, will be silent, will not sit on 1 May with union representatives.

As long as the government's term is up, Jashar said this is not yet known, as he said the May One protest would join other unions.
