The SBASK chairman, Nundman Jashari, has stated that if the current government in the country fails to address the demands and concerns posed by this union, union action will be taken.
Jashari announced that this decision came from meetings with union representatives at municipal and university levels.
To keep the informed membership, we hold regular meetings with mayors and universities who are our representatives from nurserys to university, and we debate issues that are requirements for membership concerns. At the last meeting we held online, considered the meeting a little more extraordinary, the mayors reported growing dissatisfaction with membership”.
He listed several reasons for the frustrations which could send from protest to strike
“E these frustrations are closely related to the law for wages, because we had a good part of education workers who were dissatisfied with the law and those that brought them the law of discontent went a long way with the unadvised decision of government Kurti, the ironic establishment of co-operation from 105 euros to 110 euros, which added frustrations to membership because we had only 28 euros' worth of ironic moves, we had asked with paperwork of at least 130 euros, not to make it easier education workers but to deal with the demands of time and that the government is constantly growing up, and so added to the frustrations and so added to the frustrations of these are due to Kosovo's release years of safety and education. Despite promises of reactions there are meetings we have due to the working conditions in schools that are not of the 21st century because the government is challenging education workers to work on foaming and slap across Kosovo's enormous demands and this battle of teachers, even though they are constantly engaged it is not giving them the expected results and part of the opinion instead of criticising the government why it is not providing schools with the right tools, why it made school textbooks in this year saying that you should buy them in the library and the worst of why it has created this tension rather than government's total unwillingness of dialogue and when it's been ready for dialogue.
Jashar said the same path, according to him, is being followed by education minister Arberie Nagavci
In this case, a Kurt school has been continuing since the September strike, Mrs. Nagavci, who, despite our demands, takes no time to meet, arguing that she is allegedly very engaged either in Kosovo or abroad. She is forgetting that in the absence of dialogue, situations are increasing. ”
And in the absence of dialogue, union-governments, Jashar indicated that on May 1st there will be limited protests.
And we've come to this moment when at the last meeting with the heads of municipal levels and universities added the voices that in the absence of dialogue that's only the government's fault and nobody else's we have to go to something else and when there's no dialogue there are any union actions, and I'm sure the mayors take office to work with membership and conversation, and I'm sure that on 1 May we'll have a limited number at first go with the heads of union associations, the offices, the university with the mayors, and the central staff here as an alarm that the actions are starting with<).
Jasharaj has added that he fears that the government will be treated as always, will be silent, will not sit on 1 May with union representatives.
“I fear that the government will be treated as always, will be silent, will not sit on May 1st, and then it may increase discontent and membership may demand that the government continue with union actions and will come back unfortunately in 2022 when finally in total absence of dialogue because of an extremely wrong approach came up to that strike that started with the last part of August and went on with the entire September creating a total school blockade, with closed schools, and we did our best to look for membership when the owner of the strike came up and we wanted to close up and to the children's membership that we wanted to do this and that the kids who had to have been in the face of a whole month of trouble and the kids who lost a whole of the next month.
As long as the government's term is up, Jashar said this is not yet known, as he said the May One protest would join other unions.
I don't know. I don't just wish May Day's protest could go well, no problem. I wish to join the other SBASK unions, because we keep communicating with them, and even the media know they're a big deal of disappointment with our respected police and my colleague the mayor has constantly raised their voices. and I think that those in our own measure are impossible, but they're also going to be symbolic because they're small, but they're going to be in the protest of May Day in order to alert and show the government that the disgruntled are great and we're now looking for union action, what happens after a May doesn't depend on the voice of membership, and I'm sworn that any demand of most membership will be in front of that event if it's on strike” / EO
