Jahjaga in the US meets with Escobar, thanks for the commitment of deepening Kosovo relations- United States

Former Kosovo President Atifete Jahjaga is visiting the United States of America.

Among the meetings he has held is Gabriel Escobar, an American emissary for the Western Balkans.

Jahjaga has said he has thanked Escobar for his commitment to deepening relations between Kosovo and the United States.

The U.S. State Department was hosted by US Deputy Assistant Secretary of State Gabriel Escobar. With Mr. Escobar we discussed developments in Kosovo and the impact of the geopolitical situation in the region. Mr. Escobar I thanked him for his commitment to deepening relations between Kosovo and the United States and strengthening the co-operation between Kosovo and its biggest ally”, Jahjaga wrote on Facebook on Monday.
