The trial for Admir Kodra issues international arrest warrant”, said case judge Arben Hoti.
According to Judge Hoti, there have been attempts to ensure first the presence of accused Kodra within the state, but so far have failed.
On the other hand, against accused Albin Sokoli, the court issued a warrant for commitment to the next session.
To indictee Sokoli in advance, lawyer Arber Guta said that because of his son's health, he couldn't present himself in the trial, but Judge Hoti said this behaviour of the accused Sokoli is looking deliberate, so he said the ordinance was issued for forced behavior.
By contrast, in the initial review of October 4th, 2023, procedure was isolated against accused Korab Bajray Bajra because of his state of health.
Otherwise, the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo (PSRK), on August 15th, 2022, has filed charges against defendants: Admir Kodra, Fatmir Grguri, Korab Bajray, Hakif Krasniqi, Ekrem Zucaku, Albion Sokoli, Kelmendi Centre, Hagere Berisha, Leotrim Bukoshi and Lumbardh Bukoshi. They are charged with acting as a centre of unregistered calls through which the injured have been deceived, profiting rich benefits of at least 128 thousand and 328 euros.
