One indictee missing, verdict imposed on corruption, other criminal acts

Regarding the absence of indictee Dragojuba, his defender, lawyer Liman Musa, indicated that he was late announced the same is in custody in Gjilan, reports “Justice Vow bet”.

Also, in this session there was no witness to Drinusa Shala, for whom the chairman of the hunting body, Judge Agim Kuci said she has accepted the invitation regularly, but her absence has not reasoned.

Under these circumstances, today's session has been postponed.

Otherwise, according to the indictment compiled on December 29th of 2022, by the Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, defendant Sinan Visoka is charged with criminal work “KEq use of official position or authority”, while indictees Sej Sej Sejta Bayjogu, Muhamet Dragajuba and Jonuz Zinipotoku are accused of committing the criminal work “Falsification of documents”, and Sejdius Bajog and Muhamet Dragjuba are charged with committing criminal work “Deception” in co-ordination.

According to the indictment, it is charged that through the drafting of a non-aligned act of counterfeit documents, allegedly V.C. authorising defendant Sej Sejdiu Batojgu for the sale of several parcels found in the village of Hyvali in Pristina, and Bajog links contracts to trading a property, cause damage to the property owner V.C.
