So has made known about Online Economy, Agency for Information and Privates Commissioner (AIP), Crenare Sogojevo Dermaku.
She's asked them to make the bill distribution by putting it in envelopes so other people don't have access to it.
The AIP commissioner has said she will do inspections as to whether this regulation is being respected, and according to that, if they find violations of companies can be punished by 20-40 thousand euros in minimum, and if violations are continuing fines can close the company as well.
It's been a concern for the citizens constantly that we've heard from ourselves. It was also a requirement of the Parliament since my reports to the Security Commission. It was this moment that we have met all public enterprises and in particular, we have asked that the bills be collected, the bills no longer be left in the environment where unauthorized persons can access. Resistance in the sense of incompatibility did not have, they presented their technical but financial problems, but we have already released the circuit, and within the deadline we expect these public enterprises to reflect. If they don't want to reflect, on the basis of the law and legal authorisations that we have, we'll take action”.
No fine will be pronounced before inspection is made, and then fine will be pronounced if necessary. The fine starts at 20,000 euros and ends depending on the offense that comes up, that means up to 40 thousand is this limit for a violation, but if we find the second violation, the third and so forth is usually quantum and it could be a fine that could close even some company and not talk about business”, she said.
