A question has been disturbing us since 1999, in this case since 1998. How Status Changed KLA from a terrorist organization, as the State Department originally labeled, in an acceptable partner?

Hill response:

You know, in fact, if you see who NATO partner is, Serbia is much closer. NATO rather than Kosovo. That's because...

Hill answer:

For now, yes. That is so true now. So you certainly know that we work every day with the Serbian Army. We had training, we had a series of things with the Serbian Army.

So I'm not sure I can accept the promise of the question, because we're doing much more together now than with the KLA or whatever came out of them.
