Germany insists that the building should be part of the dialogue, urges the Government to participate in meetings

Germany's concerns about BEC regulation have all been addressed to the Government of Kosovo.
So they have declared from the German Embassy in Kosovo and have said these are not only Germany's concerns, but also other EU states.
“The concerns Germany and a host of other Kosovo friends and partners have been linked to communication concerning the implementation of the central bank directive have consistently and enough to demonstrate”.
According to the embassy, Kosovo's government should participate in any meeting called for the issue by EU mediators.
“From Germany's perspective, the Kosovo government should participate in any meeting of the EU-led normalisation dialogue to which it is invited. At the February 27th meeting in Brussels called for the Serbian dinar issue, Kosovo was represented by Kosovo Central Bank leaders, meanwhile, Serbia by its chief negotiator, Petar Petkovovic.
Lajcak, speaking of nonparticipation at this meeting, said that “objectively” at the invitation sent to the parties, had allowed them to decide who would represent the meeting.
The regulation of the CEC, which envisions only the euro currency with which cash payments can be carried out, went into effect on February 1st.
