First Deputy Prime Minister for European Integration, Development and Dialog of the Republic of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, during the meeting he had today with US Ambassador to Kosovo Jeffrey Havenier, says he briefed him on what was addressed at the chief negotiators' meeting in Brussels yesterday, whose focus says it was the Bazic Agreement and the Ohrid Impmentary Annex and the earliest establishment.
“Bislimi added that for us the agreement is valid in its entirety, which Ambassador Havenier confirmed from his position. At the same time, the deputy prime minister informed the ambassador that the delegation of the other side reaffirmed Serbia's stance against implementing the agreement during yesterday's meetings, and therefore its formalisation”, the prime minister's office's media statement said.
As for the CEC regulation, it is now known that Bislim informed Hovenier that the discussion has not developed about dinar or regulation, which is not a matter of discussion or conflict, but about the way Kosovo Central Bank's implementation is implemented.
“was also addressed in a series of other topics discussed during yesterday's meeting, including the artifacts that Serbia should return to Kosovo, as well as the violations they are making in certain agreements such as energy and telecommunications, or in the case of continuing attempts to block Kosovo's membership into international organisations, what US Ambassador Hovenier expressed against such attempts,”, is said to be further in the report.
