All that was said about the Decani Monastery's decision of international reactions to citizens' opinions

Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti said that implementing the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision on the Decani Monastery is defined as one of the main conditions for Kosovo to become a member of the Council of Europe. And all this to achieve a much larger goal that we owe to the state that opens unprecedented possibilities, me [...]
Despite this to achieve a much larger goal that we owe to the state that opens unprecedented opportunities, we must take a step forward with caution and responsibility as an independent and sovereign state. So today we have told Kosovo's Cadastral Agency to implement the Constitutional Court's decision”, Kurti said at a government meeting.
The American emissary Gabriel Escobar described this decision as difficult but necessary. He cited Kosovo institutions on this occasion.
Meanwhile, the QUINT states have also welcomed the Kosovo government's decision, which has asked the Cadastral Agency to implement the Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision on the ownership of the Decani Monastery.
According to QUINT, the demand for this agency to register 24 hectares of land on behalf of the Decani Monastery “provides significant steps ahead of Kosovo authorities in line with European and Euro-Atlantic aspirations”.
“As we have stated in May last year on the anniversary of the Constitutional Court's decision, implementation of the rule of law and respect of judicial independence are the obligations of all democratic elected governments and preconditions necessary for Kosovo's integration into European and Euro-Atlantic institutions”, the QUINT and the European Union statement was said.
I want to mention the importance of today's monastery decision. It was a difficult but necessary decision, and we thank the institutions for all cooperation”.
Meanwhile, authorities in the Decani municipality have repeatedly been declared refusing to implement the Constitutional Court's decision to allow the Decani Monastery to register 24 hectares of land and forest in the cadastre. The reason is that they think this property is the property of social companies “Apico” and “iliria” and that it has never met the monastery.
In terms of the decision, the newspaper Signal has asked citizens how they appreciate Prime Minister Albin Kurti's move on the Decani Monastery grounds.
53% of them have said Kurti did not act well, while 47% have considered it a fair move.
What's the difference?
Local authorities in Decani have refused that the Decani Monastery toia register in cadastre 24 hectares of land and forest, because they consider this property to be the property of social companies “Apico” and “Ilia” and that it has never been of the Monastery.
According to them, the Constitutional Court has <x0legised” a 1997 ruling by former president of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Slobodan Milosevic, with whom it was donated to the Decani Monastery.
So far, this local government stance was supported by top Kosovo officials, including Prime Minister Albin Kurti and President Vjosa Osmani, for whom this decision by the Constitutional Court “is based on the discrimination policy of Serbia's government of the years, dealt with in the past: 900x1>.
But, from the Decani Monastery, they say such an attitude of Kosovo officials threatens the security of the” Monastery, because the public is presented to “Assholic himself has taken the land to someone else”.
They explain that in 1997 they were returned to 24 of the total 700 acres [700 ha] of land taken from Yugoslavia's communist power in 1946.
They also remember that “at Milosevqi's time”, between 1991 and 1999, thousands of legal judgments for various disputes have been brought and asked if they will all be annulled.
