The death toll rises to 140 from attack in Moscow

The number of persons killed in the terrorist attack at a concert hall in Moscow has increased to 140, Russian officials said.

A victim who was in an extremely serious “situation” died in the hospital, Russian Health Minister writes Skynews.

Doctors “did everything they could” to save, Mikhail Murasko said.

A total of 80 people injured in the attack remain in hospital, he added.
