Croatia's police have detained a member of their armed forces, carrying a citizen from Kosovo who has illegally entered Croatia.
Croatia's Defence Ministry has confirmed that the 30-year-old soldier has been detained at a holiday on the A1 highway in Dusina. According to them, it is a militarily active person, until the disciplinary procedure is said to follow, this, within the framework of the Armed Forces, reports Nacional.hr, broadcasts Klan Kosova.
From the reports, the Croatian soldier was not smuggling Kosovo, only to have transported it to a certain point. He is charged under Article 53 of the Foreign Law, which says that “is prohibited from assisting citizens of a third country for illegal passage, transit, or even attitude”.
