Court in Pristina sentences two-year prison person for push in terrorist acts

The Foundation Court in Pristina, the Special Department, has ruled in the criminal case against accused L. B, because of criminal acts in co-ordination SThe hunt for terrorist acts and criminal possession, control, or unauthorized possession of weapons.

The accused L.B. has been found guilty and sentenced to two years in prison, in which the sentence will be counted even the time spent in the detention measure and to the extent of house arrest from May 15th 2023 to 07.03.2024, and the fine sentence of many 3,000 euros, which the accused must pay in the 15 days after the failure of this act.

From the accused, the court permanently seizes playable items, such as tools that have enabled them to perform criminal acts and items automatically subject to the seizure, which are temporarily seized with the court's decision, as items used or destined for the carrying out of criminal work.

The accused, on behalf of the court procedure's spending, will pay 100 euros on behalf of the judiciary, in the 15-day deadline from the fact that the prosecution is also charged on behalf of compensating the victims of the crime to pay the amount of 100 euros, in the 15-day term from the absolute day of this act.

Disgruntled parties are eligible for complaint at the Kosovo Court of Appeals, through the Foundation Court in Pristina.
