Kosovo Constitutional Court made the decision that Kosovo's non-Serb or that they have not lived in Serb majority municipalities to compensate for 40m euros
which has consciously been robbed by ZRE through the blow of bills in 2012-2017, tools that were then misused to pay bills to Serbs and others in
Serb majority municipalities.

The KMDLNJ, since the end of the war, has raised its voice for this flagrant discrimination on the ethnic and political basis of electricity consumers and that the ombudsman, in accordance with the constitutional mandate, has addressed this violation in competent courts which have initially sought to end with the discriminatory payment of bills and, at the same time, to compensate Kosovo citizens from ZRE for criminally robbing 95 of the citizens for the benefit of 5 % citizens.

The Kosovo Constitutional Court's decision provides only partial justice (if they are compensated for the ZRE plunder), while prosecution of plunderers would make the mosaic of compensation complete. At the time of Prime Minister Haradinaj, after a meeting of KMDLNj and the demand for compensation had become an insignificant compensation that lasted two three months, with much symbolic 2-3 euros and ended there because there was no firm (binding) decision for compensation. Following the Constitutional Court's decision on compensation, citizens of ZRE's looted consumers should not accept compensation through bills but should seek to compensate with euros including regular and punitive interest

KMDLNJ is publicly calling the State Attorney to investigate the legal basis under which, since the end of the war, electricity bills have been paid.
