In a statement to the media following the exhibition organised by the Kosovo Academy of Sciences and Arts (ASHAK), on the 25th anniversary of NATO intervention, Konjufca says solutions can be found in terms of Serbian citizens' salaries and pensions.
The Republic of Kosovo through the government in this case because it is competent on these issues has correctly formulated its position on how to position itself in the dinar issue. It is in a very clear position and without two meanings, there is also an international effort that could find a space of approach. Until now it has not happened, I don't have any specific opinion as to whether this time is going to happen because Kosovo is fully in its right and it's a question of legitimacy and decision, there's no remark, there's no criticism so the decision is Kosovo's, it's the right one, and it's what's needed”, Conjufca said, EO reports.
“As to what effect it has caused, they can be addressed individually as to how the Serb community works there, wages, benefits, pensions, they can be found any solution to how to get paid and done, but will the dinar be returned as a matter of currency for the Kosovo Republic's transaction, I don't believe there is a return of”, Conjufca said.
