Charged on suspect of murder of brother in Mitrovica on November 5th, 2023

The prosecution's announcement reportedly charges the suspect with criminal acts “heavy murder” and “keep ownership, in control, or unauthorized possession of weapons”.

“Procuroria reports the opinion, that by the date of November 05, 2023 in his residence in northern Mitrovica, the defendant deliberately deprived his victim of life of E.J., so that after an instant fight, he attacks the victim with a knife of the kitchen, with a 12cm length, and hits five times in different parts of his body, causing his piercing wound, and as a result of injuries taken by the victim dies at the Mitrovica hospital of<1m>, it is said to be executed.

The State Prosecutor has proposed to the court that the defendant plead guilty to criminal acts and condemn him by law.
