The CEC today adopted the first, electoral regulation for the registration and functioning of political parties.
Also, by majority the second regulation was approved -- the appointment, composition and functioning of the Community Election Commissions.
In addition, the CEC also approved the regulation for creating, confirming and rejecting the voter list and regulation for the Certificate of political subjects and their candidates.
