At a media conference with Austrian Foreign Minister in Vienna Alexander Schallenberg, the number two American state states said the US wants Kosovo and Serbia to stabilise their reports.
Speaking to the Western Balkans, Blinkekn said he and Austria are co-operating on important issues, in particular for the Western Balkans.
The Western Balkan region “is something that we have very close to our hearts, and in particular (there is) President Biden, because for the president and me, when I started (work) on the 90s, the big focus of the world was on the Balkans, in Bosnia and Kosovo, and one thing that we don't need, that Europe doesn't need, and especially the people of the Western Balkans don't have to, is going back where we find ourselves in the 90s, and thanks to Austria's policy, we are moving in a different direction, in a positive direction, in which the Balkans are truly being integrated with Europe.

The US Secretary of State also said that with Austria, the US is working together “to support improved relations between Kosovo and Serbia”, Klankosova reports.
There, the EU facilitated dialogue is the only applicable mechanization, the only applicable road forward, we need to see confidence and constructive efforts by both sides, Kosovo and Serbia, to stabilise relations and move towards that path. Keeping tensions low, increasing co-ordination, increasing transparency with international partners, implementing all commitments in dialogue”, Antony Blinken stressed at a media conference from Vienna.
