According to Bajrami, more than 5m euros is budget damage and misuse of the country's citizens' taxes.
“There have been excuses that are not talked about 781 single-source tenders, but some of them are tenders with which the matching authorities have negotiations with one or two economic operators. The moment public announcements are not made where all companies can participate to offer those services, but choose among the many to negotiate with one or two, this is a corruption suspicion. The 9.7m-euro bid has been refused to go on negotiating contracts and to contract 15m euros. It means more than 5m euros have been lost in a negotiation procedure alone.
