“CripicPP, more than 1800 single-source contracts worth over 240m euros have been signed during this governing mandate. The state budget is damaged by single-source contracts because it is not taken for money, the project costs more, and quality may not be the best. Moreover, this is the state intervention in the market economy and affects the damage to fair competition and, above all, these contracts are the source of corruption”, Bajrami has declared at the Assembly session where the draft resolution is under consideration for the large number of single-source contracts signed during the government's mandate Kurti.

“These are cases when contracting authorities, budget organisations call an economic operator and sit and negotiate the conditions for performing a job or providing goods and services for contracting authority”, LDK deputy said.
