The accused said he knew there was something suspicious in his mill

At Thursday's session at the Constitutional Court in Pristina, accused Milazim Voci said he had not seen anything suspicious in his mill “Voci-1x1>, in the village of Shiroka, because otherwise he would warn the police himself. The mill in question, accused Voci, owned and claimed [...]
The mill in question, accused Voci, owned by and allegedly arranged laboratory for the cultivation of narcotic plants.
In this case, Fethi Wygur, Alajdin Ramadani, Filip Misievski, Erol Mark, Alban Maloku, Ertan Dachicq and Milazim Voci, concerning the cultivation of 2059 plants of the type of cannabis sativa, as well as 32kg of other narcotics substances, reports the “Betim for Justice”.
The accused Voci said that on the day of the Special Unit's arrest, he was sent to the 7th floor of Mulli, where, according to him, he understood what was going on, after he said he rented it to Alexander Nastefski.
I don't know if someone who rents it, I have to go check it out, I'm hired myself, and once the tenant didn't come to me, I went to the mill, not to the seventh floor, with a check-in”, said the accused Voci.
Later, the accused Voci said he would use his legal right to defend himself quietly.
Special Prosecutor Burim Cerkini said they consider that there is no possibility that the accused will answer only the attorney's questions, not the prosecutor's.
According to Cerkini, if it goes on as accused Voci was declared the highest, it proposes that all questions asked by Voci's lawyer, Leutrim Himaj, be erased from the chip.
On the other hand, the lawyer said his defense has the right to remain silent at any criminal stage.
My defence “has the right to remain silent at any criminal stage, any moment when the insurrection considers it to be silent, it can silence“, Himaj said.
Afterward, special prosecutor Cherkin's proposal was rejected by the court.
In this session, Vocit's prosecutor and defender proposed to be heard the person said to be renting the mill “Voci 1”, Alexander Nastefski, but was refused by the court, arguing that he is under investigation and that such a decision should be taken with international legal decisions, which contradicts the Penal Procedure Code.
Then, since prosecutor Cherkini, lawyer Himaj and Fethi Uygur defender, lawyer Fittim Shporta, were not prepared for the final word, today's session was interrupted.
Otherwise, the Special Prosecutor has filed charges against Fethi Uygur, Alajdin Ramadani, Filip Misevski, Erol Mark, Alban Maloku, Ertan Dachicq and Milazizim Voci, who are charged with organised crime, claiming that from the indefinite time of February 16th to 2022, acting as an organised group under the leadership of Fethi Uygur, have cultivated hashish in the laboratory within the Mullix <liriki>Vo-1x1>, in the village of Shiroka, Suka.
