The head of the AAK Parliamentary Group, Besnik Tahiri, has said the government has adopted the Bill for Change and Fulfilling the Law for Public Officials, without any consultation.
Tahiri at a media conference said they are concerned about adopting this law.
The government yesterday has voted the law on public office, following no consultation, without involvement of the European Union's recommendations, due to the treatment of requests issued by the Constitutional Court Act. We have analyzed this law, and we've come up 10 points in order to stop apprehending the state”, he said.
On the other hand, Tahiri said that through a legal process to target the capture of the state administration, he said he would not allow it and that he would address the Constitutional Court.
