Mrs. Dora Bakoyanis for her help”, says the announcement.
Otherwise, Prime Minister Albin Kurti had ordered the Kosovo Cadastral Agency last week to register the property to the monastery.
To achieve a much larger goal that we owe to the state and which opens unprecedented opportunities we must take a step forward with caution and responsibility as an independent and sovereign state. So, today we have told Kosovo's Cadastral Agency to implement the Constitutional Court” ruling, Kurti has declared at the Government meeting.
Kurti in the past has been one of the most vocal opponents that these properties are given to the monasteries. This issue has been reacted by the states of the QUINT during Kurti's rule, especially after Kosovo applied for membership in the Council of Europe. Two weeks ago, the government signalled that it has been hired to pass these properties to the Decani Monastery because it is a condition for Kosovo to take the next step for membership in the Council of Europe.
