Vuchıq's decision on the dinar: Tears well up when I see Serbs waiting before ATMs

Serbia's President Aleksandar Vuciq has been declared after the Ukraine-South East Europe summit that began to take place in Tirana, Albania.

He in one part has spoken of the Kosovo Central Bank's decision to ban the use of the Serbian dinar as payment tool.

According to him, this decision is an attempt by Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti to expel Serbs.
